Money Back Guarantee

We are proud to offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all our products. To be eligible for this, you must first email us within 60 days of receiving the products at contact@glassguard.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation. We require a photo showing the product used and the surface it did not work on. We may offer assistance if you have an issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue then we will refund the full purchase price of your order.

Damaged items

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please send pictures of the damaged items to contact@glassguard.com.au within 90 days of receiving the damaged item. Upon receiving the picture of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Glassguard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Glassguard will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
