Orders dispatch from Brampton, ON and Vancouver, BC within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is 1 to 3 business days for metro areas and 3 to 6 for regional areas.

Shipping is free on orders over $99. Under that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

If a product doesn't work for you, email contact@glassguard.ca within 60 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the product and surface. We'll help first, and if we can't fix it, you get a full refund. Read the full terms.

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See returns.

Send a photo of the damaged item to contact@glassguard.ca within 60 days of receiving it and we'll send a replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't available.
