Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system.
Shipping and handling time:
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse closest to you within 1-2 days (excluding weekend and holidays). In peak periods please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Shipping cost:
Free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $8.99 to $9.99 depending on weight, shown at checkout.
